Care TeamCare for our homebound through visits and prayer, showing up in relationship with our most vulnerable.
When someone at Grace is sick, grieving, or just needs to know they haven’t been forgotten, the Care Team is who shows up, with a visit, a card, or just a phone call. Quiet, steady, unglamorous work that matters enormously to the person on the other end of it.

- Reach out to members on the care list, by phone, card, or a visit
- Sit with people through grief, illness, or a hard season, simply by showing up
- Occasionally help share Communion with someone who can’t make it to church

Lutheran Counseling NetworkReal support, for real struggles, from real professionals.
Grace supports the Lutheran Counseling Network’s work providing professional counseling to our community, serving roughly a thousand people, most of whom will never set foot in our building.
Parish NursingFaith and health, cared for together.
Parish Nursing walks alongside members as a caring, faith-filled presence for health and well-being, offering support, encouragement, and connection to helpful resources from within the congregation. This ministry includes practical, community-based offerings such as CPR and First Aid classes, blood pressure and blood sugar checks, guidance on responding to falls, and seasonal flu/COVID shot clinics—all offered in partnership with local health resources and first responders.
Memorials, Receptions & Sunday Morning CoffeeServing and loving Jesus by serving and loving others through food and fellowship.
When a family is planning a memorial or reception, this ministry handles what they shouldn’t have to think about, so the people grieving can just grieve, and everyone else can just show up for them.
