Together as a church our gifts are multiplied, and God rejoices over the hearts of cheerful givers. May you know abundant joy in living a generous life. There are many ways to give at Grace — find the one that fits you below.

Grace Lutheran Church does not add this — Raisely, the platform that processes our online gifts, automatically includes an extra amount on every card donation to help cover its own costs. It is entirely optional. We want 100% of what you give to go where you intend it, so before you finish checking out, here’s how to remove it:
If you’d rather skip this step altogether, cash, check, and bill pay through your own bank all go to the church with nothing added — see the options below.
Cash & Personal ChecksThe simplest way to give, right in the pew.
Cash and personal checks are always welcome, with envelopes provided in the pews. If you’d like envelopes for home, just ask the church office.
Give OnlineSet up a one-time or recurring gift in a few minutes.
Fill in your basic information, then choose to donate to the Grace Ministry Fund or select “Other” and note the purpose. Choose Donate Now and complete the remaining details. You can also choose a recurring donation. As explained above, your total will automatically include an extra amount you’re welcome to remove.
Online Banking (Bill Pay)Set it up once through your own bank, no cost to Grace.
Most banks let you set up recurring bill-pay offerings to Grace directly through their online service. It’s easy to set up, and there’s typically no processing cost to the church for this method.
Everyday GivingWays to give that cost you nothing extra.
Fred Meyer Rewards — Sign up your Rewards Card at fredmeyer.com/communityrewards (non-profit number 91892) and a share of your everyday shopping goes to Grace.
United Way — Contributions of $30 or more can be directed to Grace as part of your regular United Way giving. Use GLC ID #13430.
Employer Matching — Many employers match charitable contributions dollar for dollar. Check with your company to see if your gift can be doubled.
Larger & Legacy GiftsLife insurance, securities, IRAs, and estate planning.
There may be times in your life when you have the opportunity to make a different kind of gift to Grace. A few common paths:
Life Insurance — Name the church as owner and beneficiary of a policy. You may be able to claim a charitable income tax deduction based on the policy’s value.
Securities — A gift of appreciated stocks or bonds held more than a year can avoid capital gains tax, and you may be able to deduct the full market value.
Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) — If you’re 70½ or older, you can transfer funds directly from your IRA to Grace, which can count toward your required minimum distribution.
Donor Advised Funds (DAF) — Contribute now, take the deduction now, and recommend distributions to Grace over time.
Estate Gifts — A will lets you leave a specific amount, a percentage of your estate, the residual after other gifts and expenses, or a contingent gift if other beneficiaries don’t survive you.
